Public & Charter School Services

UCESC is proud to offer a variety of support services to both public and charter schools throughout Union and Essex Counties as well as across Northern New Jersey.  We offer a comprehensive range of Child Study Team (CST) evaluations, including educational, psychological, social history, and speech/language assessments, with options for articulation or fluency only evaluations. Additional services include supplemental subtests, Spanish bilingual evaluations, record reviews, classroom observations, and expedited evaluations. Our CST can also provide consultative services such as case management, IEP development, annual reviews, and goal creation.  We also offer Behavioral Services which include Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development and training. We are also able to arrange for administrative support/consultation, OT/PT evaluations and some bilingual evaluations as well.
